This policy explains how AIMA SYSTEMS handles information submitted through Aimasys.com.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or join a training waitlist, AIMA may collect your name, email address, organization, service or course interest, team size, goals, timeline, and any message you choose to provide.

How information is used

AIMA uses submitted information to respond to requests, provide relevant course or service information, manage waitlists, and improve its training and consulting services. Information is not intended to be sold.

Storage and delivery

Website form submissions are stored in WordPress and delivered by email to an authorized AIMA administrator. AIMA’s website host, email provider, and any payment or registration provider selected by the customer may process information only as needed to provide those services.

Retention

AIMA retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, administer registrations, maintain required business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where practical.

External registration

Public-course registration may take place through an external provider. That provider's privacy terms apply when you leave Aimasys.com and submit information on its website.

Your choices

You may ask AIMA to provide information about, correct, or delete personal information it holds, subject to applicable legal requirements.
